The Mentoring Center

The Mentoring Center exists to move all youth, whatever challenges they are facing, toward healthy, successful lives, by providing support, love, and opportunities for self-mastery. The Mentoring Center is a nationally-recognized resource that creates and influences policy; builds the capacity of others serving youth through training; and develops and disseminates Transformative Mentoring™ practices and tools.

TMC serves "highly at-risk" youth and young adults between the ages of 13-25 through our Transformative Mentoring™ groups and juvenile justice programs, which include life coaching, court advocacy, connection to critical support services, school support and critical thinking and personal development. The Mentoring Center supports youth and young adults in detention facilities, schools, and community centers. TMC also provides intensive reentry services for young men, ages 18 - 35, including but not limited intensive life coaching, crisis intervention, Transformative Mentoring, and leadership development. We help youth and young adults reach their unlimited potential and innate greatness!
"The Mentoring Center helps me to change my mindset. I have started thinking more positively, which keeps me out of trouble and gives me something to do. I'm now occupied with positive activities. It's like a whole different lifestyle".
